Landing Page Revamp

May 27th, 2008 - [6:58 pm] by Greg Vandagriff

Revamped the landing page by removing the tacky ad banner that used to be to the right of all the pages, narrowing the site, and slimming down the main menu options to three, including the newest addition to EquiDash: the Credit Q&A section; it’s exactly what it sounds like, a place for readers to ask me questions about their credit. Each week I’ll pick one of the questions received that week and answer it, posting the answer for everyone to read in that section.

Also, for those who are unaware, I’m a guest blogger over at Master Your Card. Presently the site consists of a personal finance blog with some excellent writers (and I’m not referring to myself). In the future, however, I know that Jonathan will be unveiling the centerpiece for the MYC domain; and from what I know of the details, it will be a valuable tool for those who take advantage of it.

Credit Education Center Update

May 19th, 2008 - [6:24 pm] by Greg Vandagriff

Content update! The Mortgage Eligibility Guide is now live! We’re pleased to bring you this guide to serve as a handbook to the general factors that your lender will consider when determining whether or not to extend credit to you.  Though lengthy, the guide is well written and I can  testify as to its authenticity. We’ll be breaking down the nuts and bolts of the mortgage process at a future date, but until then, this should whet your appetite for mortgage-related information.

Coming Soon on EquiDash

May 13th, 2008 - [7:06 pm] by Greg Vandagriff

Just wanted to throw out a sneak peek at some of the developments we have going on for EquiDash right now, as it’s been a little while since we’ve posted anything here.

Currently we’ve got a very well-qualified freelancer writing a basic guide to mortgages; a subject of many a discussion in today’s market environment. Additionally, there are a couple more articles/guides in the pipeline, including an article on how to read your credit report, which is absolutely crucial information for anyone seeking to take out a loan in the near future.

Currently, we’re exploring other possibilities with the main site and you can stay tuned here for developments as they occur.
